关于editorGrid中editor为DateField时的dateFormat问题

ExtJS例子中的代码能够正常运行，为何以上代码却在运行时报错？错误代码如下：
value.dateFormat('Y-m-d') is not a function!（FireBug中的提示）
不用formatDate方法，在Grid中显示为标准的日期格式，类似如下：
Thu Oct 23 2008 00:00:00 GMT+0800

在dateFormat无效之后，也试过用format，显示的也是同样的问题，呵呵~

value.dateFormat是什么我好像记得是Date.format('Y-M-d') 难道现在api更新了？

源码标注了dateFormat和fomat是一个方法，但是dateFormat是私有的，至于为什么在例子中出现，应该是Ext做例子的人直接用了私有方法，在使用中应该同意使用api中给的format方法
